Supporting Solutions

MaJic offer support for FileMaker based solutions whether developed by your company, another developer or by MaJic.

Support ranges from basic telephone support to 24-hour, 365 days a year support using routed access via ISDN/ADSL lines. All our key staff has VPN access from home to our entire client supported network.

MaJic can oversee the general running of your solution, assist with server optimisation, server maintenance and backup procedures.

Our smallest supported site consists of two users.

One of our larger supported solution is mission critical with 120 users divided over several branches on two continents and running off Head Office servers using a Citrix Terminal Services environment.
